Our directors come from the trades — qualified gas engineers, electricians and builders who spent years seeing landlords charged agency fees, only to face additional costs every time a contractor was needed.
We knew there was a better way.
So we built a property management service with trade expertise at its core. By bringing our knowledge and services together under one roof, many of the costs landlords are used to paying separately are already included.

Electrical check every five years. We do it when it's due, not when you remember to ask.
Emergency Callouts
24/7 emergency cover. Burst pipes, electrical faults, lost keys. We come out nights and weekends.
Certificate Records
Every certificate stored and shared with you as soon as it's renewed. Nothing to chase when you need it.
